Not posting up workouts for 1 month!

After the success of not posting up the workouts for a week we are not going to post the workouts for 1 month. This is CrossFit in it's purest form and keeps it fun and fresh.

We will still perform strength most days but it won't be part of a specific strength cycle, whatever the movement is just lift as heavy as possible with great form.

Don't stress about the workout, you can always scale, We all have enough stress in our lives, your hour in the gym should be time for yourself that you really enjoy
